And if you close your account while it still holds money, the terms say the balance is voided.
What Westace will not tell you is who runs it. The terms refer only to "the company operating the Website". There is no licence, no regulator and no registered address, and the governing-law clause says disputes follow "the applicable Law" without naming one.
