The Testing Process

Before a casino is reviewed, we open an account using a personal email and a personal LTC wallet. We make a real deposit using Litecoin to confirm the payment method works and the minimum is accurate. We claim the welcome bonus if one is available and play through a portion of the wagering requirement to confirm the rules stated in the T&C match the actual behaviour of the bonus system.

We then attempt a withdrawal - first a small amount to verify the process, and a larger one if limits allow. We document how long each step takes and what verification was required.

We also read every relevant T&C page: the main terms, the bonus terms, the payment terms, and any separate KYC policy. Data we use in reviews comes from primary sources only. If a figure cannot be confirmed from the casino's own documents, we label it as unconfirmed.

6 Scoring Criteria and Weights

Each casino receives a score from 0 to 10. The score is calculated from 6 criteria, each weighted by importance to an LTC player.

Bonus Quality

We calculate the expected value of the welcome bonus using the formula: bonus amount minus (WR x bonus x house edge). We also check wagering deadline, max bet rules, excluded games, max conversion cap, and free spin bet sizes against actual T&C documents. A bonus with a 35x WR at 4% house edge has a negative EV of roughly 40% of the bonus amount - this is reflected in the score.

LTC Withdrawal Performance

We test real withdrawals via LTC and record how long internal processing takes, how clearly limits and rules are stated, whether the same-method rule is enforced, and whether the minimum withdrawal is accessible for small players. Deposit rollover requirements before any withdrawal is permitted are flagged and scored negatively if they are high (3x or above).

Licence and Trust

We confirm the licence authority, licence number, and whether the licence is publicly verifiable on the regulator's register. We check who the operator is, their registered address, and whether any public complaints have been upheld against them. A licence from MGA or UKGC scores higher than a Curaçao licence due to the stronger regulatory framework and player protection obligations.

Game and Provider Quality

We check which providers are integrated and confirm they are live in the game lobby. We weight this by the quality of the provider roster rather than total game count. A casino with Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw, Nolimit City, and Evolution carries a strong library regardless of total numbers. We also check whether demo mode is available without an account, and whether mobile play is smooth.

Support Quality

We contact support via live chat and email. We time the response, check whether the agent is knowledgeable about LTC specifically (confirmation thresholds, how to find a TXID, what triggers KYC), and whether they refer to the correct section of the T&C. Generic copy-paste responses that do not address the actual question are scored negatively.

Responsible Gambling Tools

We check whether deposit limits, session limits, loss limits, self-exclusion, and a take-a-break function are available and easily accessible from the account settings. We also confirm whether the casino links to BeGambleAware, GamCare, or equivalent organisations. Casinos that hide these tools score lower in this category.

What a Score Means

8.0-10.0: Excellent across all criteria. Strong bonus, fast LTC withdrawals, verified licence, top-tier providers, responsive support, and visible RG tools.

6.0-7.9: Good overall with one or two areas that hold it back. May have a weak bonus structure or slower-than-average withdrawals. Still a legitimate option.

Below 6.0: Significant issues in at least one critical area. We will highlight what fails and whether we recommend playing there at all.

We disclose weaknesses even if they affect commission. If a casino has a poor bonus structure, a 3x deposit rollover requirement before withdrawal, or a problematic inactivity fee clause, we state it clearly in the review - regardless of the affiliate relationship. We earn a commission when you click and deposit, but our credibility depends on honest reporting.

Independence Statement

This site earns affiliate commission from casinos listed in our reviews. We do not accept payment to influence scores or remove negative findings. Casinos cannot pay to be listed or to receive a higher score. The editorial process is separate from the commercial relationship.

We do not review casinos we cannot test. If a casino restricts our region, we do not include it. If a withdrawal attempt fails without a legitimate reason, the casino is not listed. These decisions are made without exception.
